Former National Vice President (NVP) 1 of the Association of Medical Laboratory Scientists of Nigeria (AMLSN) Dr. Uche Odionyenma recently gave his beloved mother a fitting burial at her country home of Akwakuma, Owerri in Imo State.
The funeral rites commenced with a well attended Service of Songs at Odionyenma’s compound Akwakuma Owerri Imo State on Thursday 2nd of February 2023.
The rites climaxed on Friday, 3rd February 2023 with a Funeral Mass at Sacred Heart Catholic Church Akwakuma Owerri Imo State. Interment followed afterwards at her compound.
Late Ezinne Beatrice Nwaogazhi Odionyenma (Nee Nwokure) died in her sleep on 16th Nov. 2022. She was 89 years old.

The Former NVP 1 Dr. Uche is the Director, Planning, Research and Statistics Ondo State Min of Health, the first Medical Laboratory Scientist to ever achieve such a feat.
