The Federal Ministry of Health has directed all Health Professional Regulatory Agencies to furnish her with information of their members. In view of this directives, there is need to create database for members which will invariably assist in profiling all MLS Practitioners. The profiles of all MLS Practitioners are necessary to be keyed into the General Health workforce in Nigeria as this is will give information on adequacy or otherwise of MLS Practitioners in both Public and Private sectors.
Consequently, obtaining the following information has become imperative in order to create enduring database for MLS practitioners and General Health workforce in Nigeria with a view to addressing Manpower Shortage in the Profession.
