AMLSN NVP2 Dr. Otareh gets Triumphant homecoming

In a jubilant homecoming, Dr. Otareh O. Otareh was warmly received by the enthusiastic members of staff of his department at the University of Calabar Teaching Hospital, celebrating his triumph at the recently concluded Association of Medical Laboratory Scientists of Nigeria (AMLSN) national elections held at the International Conference Centre, Abuja, Nigeria’s capital.

 

With pride and gratitude, Dr. Otareh presented his certificate of return to Prof. Monday F. Useh, a former AMLSN national president, emphasizing the invaluable support he received. Otareh highlighted that Prof. Useh not only endorsed him but actively championed his bid for the National Vice President 2 South South position.

 

The victory was not without its challenges, as Dr. Otareh faced stiff competition for the same position. Despite the formidable opponent, Otareh emerged victorious, securing his role as the new AMLSN National Vice President 2 South South.

 

The atmosphere was one of joy and accomplishment as Dr. Otareh expressed his commitment to serving the Association and contributing to the advancement of medical laboratory science in the region. The support from his colleagues and mentors added an extra layer of significance to his homecoming, marking the beginning of a new chapter in his career.
