The Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN) Public Health In-Vitro Diagnostics Control Laboratory (IVDs Lab) in partnership with Healthy Living Communications Limited presents a two-day IVD workshop and stakeholders interactive session with the Registrar/CEO, Dr Tosan Erhabor and the Board Chairman, Prof. Mohammed Yelwa Gwazo.

The workshop will provide stakeholders adequate information with regards to updates on IVD Regulation in Nigeria as well as other topical educational issues as scheduled below.

Theme: 

MLSCN NATIONAL IVD REGULATION IN NIGERIA: EMERGING OPPORTUNITIES AND CHALLENGES.

Sub-theme: 

1. Registration Process for Companies- Manufacturers, Importers and Marketers
2. Guidelines for Safe Transportation of Infectious Samples-National and International
3. Processes, Prospects and Challenges in IVD Importation and Manufacturing in Nigeria.
4. Access to Finance for Medical Laboratory Services, Laboratory Set-ups, IVD Importation and Manufacturing in Nigeria.

Activity Date: Wednesday, 11th – Thursday, 12th December, 2019
Venue: Sickle cell Centre, LUTH, Idi-Araba, Lagos.
