The organizers of the ISN Medical Laboratory Scientist of the Year (iMLSOTY) Award have shortlisted the ten top Finalists from the multitude of entries for the Awards.
In the coming days, it is expected that a winner, 1st and 2nd Runner-ups respectively will emerge among the ten Finalists.
The Top Ten shortlisted Finalists are:

- Gabriel Oke National Hospital Abuja
- Gabriel ljuptil Hospital Services Management Board, General Hospital Numan, Adamawa State.
- Najib Habib One Stop Shop (OSS). Kano State.
ISN Medical Laboratory Scientist of the Year Award debuted in 2021 with Abiola Fashina , a senior Medical Laboratory Scientist with the University of Lagos, Medical Center beating the other 9 top Finalists to emerge the winner.
The ISN Medical Lab Scientist of the Year Award (iMLSOTY) is organized to acknowledge, celebrate and recognize the contributions of Medical Lab Scientists who are working hard behind the scenes to ensure that health management decisions are backed by test results and facts as quality medical diagnosis is crucial to effective healthcare delivery.
The winner of the iMLSOTY goes home with one million Naira (₦1,000,000), Capacity development training, 1 million Naira worth of medical lab equipment, and reagent to the hospital of employment First Runner Up Prize is ₦750,000 Cash; Capacity development training and the Second Runner Up Prize is ₦500,000 cash; Capacity development training.
