G50 Medical Lab. Scientists Donates To Internally Displaced Camps

    A group known as G50 from Association of Medical Laboratory Scientists of Nigeria (AMLSN ), has donated relief materials to some Internally Displaced Camps (IDPS) in Plateau state.

    The group G50, comprise of medical laboratory scientists  cutting across all the thirty six states of Nigeria, including FCT, Abuja. Aside contributing to the health needs of Nigerians, the group has previously organized essay writing competitions for secondary school students in other states of the federation and awarded scholarships to distinguished ones. The group also provides humanitarian services to distressed Nigerians in crises situations.

    Earlier, the group went to two different IDP camps at Geosciences and Heipang in Jos South and Bladi Local Government Areas respectively where they donated relief materials worth thousands of naira to the victims of the recent attack in plateau state. MLS Tanimu presented the relief materials on behalf of the group.

    Receiving the donations, the IDP coordinators, SEMA and NEMA officias ecstatically appreciated the kind gesture of the G50 and prayed for God’s blessings on all the group members. They encouraged the group to sustain the good work as posterity shall reward them one day.

    Representatives of the group, Dr Junaid, MLS Tanimu and Solomon Chollom earlier commiserated with the IDP victims, encouraged them to put their trust in God and prayed that such calamity never befall them again. They also promised to avail themselves for any medical laboratory diagnosis ( tests), when the need arises. The donation proceedings was covered by NAN and other media outfit.
