The national leadership of the Association of Medical Laboratory Scientists of Nigeria (AMLSN) has called out the Federal Ministry of Health, Medical Directors, and Chief Medical Directors of Hospitals over their refusal to implement declarative Court judgements.
Describing the situation as an act of “impunity, recklessness and lawlessness in the health sector, the image maker of the Association Mr. Olusoji Bilyrose noted that over 14 court judgements have been declared in favour of Medical Laboratory Scientists in the country.
